Get ready to get fit Hampton Roads, there's a new FIT CLUB in town. What is a Fit Club? It's an opportunity to workout with other people once a week in a casual setting. We won't be in a crowded gym in January with all those New Year's Resolution makers. We won't be in the basement or garage dusting off last year's Bowflex equipment. Nope, we won't be responding to anymore of those fitness commercials promising a tight six pack for the price of a $100 work at home ab machine. We'll be working out together to one of Beachbody's awesome fitness programs, and we'll be doing it for free.
The Hampton Roads Fit Club will be the premier place to try out Beachbody workouts. You might even get to sample some Shakeology or other nutritional products. Most of all, you'll get the support and accountability you need because that's what we're all about. As a Beachbody Coach, my goal is to help others get excited about getting fit and living a healthy lifestyle.
